APRIL!!!

Spring is here and we're having so much fun and can't wait for summer.  

Chloe and Drew are much like sisters!  They enjoy doing tumbling together.

We got to help Uncle Greg "work" the cows by branding them and getting them their vaccines.  Chloe and Kinley loved every minute of it!!

These two little angels are my life!!  As crazy as it can be.... I don't know what I would do without them.  They are so different but so much the best of friends and sisters.  They are so precious to me and I love them and hope that we can be the best of friends for FOREVER!!!

Easter 2013

Since living in Delta we definitely get to make most activities with both families.  The girls went to several Easter Egg hunts and loved them!!  Kinley finally figured out the whole idea on the last one.

The Sand Dunes

The Christensens are continuing their Sand Dune tradition during Easter weekend.  Can't forget the fried chicken, deviled eggs, potato salad, chips and yummy cookies.  

Kinley was SUPER concerned about someone taking her Easter basket.... she did NOT want to part with it.

FINALLY......

Easter morning, the Easter Bunny came and left a trail of Easter Eggs!!

He left fun Baskets with treats, toys and of course our Easter Dresses!

The girls were excited to go show Grandpa Bill their new dresses and take him his Easter Basket the bunny left at our house for him.

Smith Easter Weekend!!

With the super cold weather we tried to stay somewhat busy so we wouldn't get bored and freeze.

Chloe enjoyed taking tumbling and Kinley was her #1 FAN!!

Since our gym is next door to Ace Hardware we make daily trips to check on the baby chicks.  I love how attached and concerned the girls get with them.

a Christensen Update

We had a busy and fun Valentines Day.  We made yummy sugar cookies and valentines and visited lots of neighbors and friends.  We then had a yummy valentines dinner at Grandma Chris's and celebrated uncle Jake's birthday that's coming up.  

What else have the Christensen's been up to?

We are still living in a condo that we are renting.  We lucked out and found a great rental considering what Delta has to offer and feel very blessed.  We're still excited about Chase's new job and all that it continues to offer him and our family.  There's a lot of potential with it and he's super happy.  We really enjoy being so close to family!  I am working at the Dolly Rocker Salon and Spa (the salon that Greg, my brother and his wife Randie just recently bought) I work about 2 days a week and am really enjoying it.  We also just opened a gym.  We were so sad about leaving our crossfit gym in Cedar City that we decided to do our own thing in Delta.  It is a crossfit gym but we aren't affiliates yet so we can't use the crossfit name.  We are calling it, "DeltaFIT."  I train in the mornings at 5, 6 and 7 am.  Chase trains in the evening at 5:30, 6:30 and 7:30 pm.  We are so excited about this new adventure!  We are definitely VERY busy.  We are limited on space and had to stop taking people in and start a waiting list.  We didn't know what to expect so this made us very happy.  We had 24 people sign up the first week!  We both just got callings as well.... Chase is a sunday school teacher for the 13/14 year olds and I am in the Young Womens as the Beehive advisor.  Chloe and Kinley are loving being close to family that they see daily.  They are such easy and busy girls that keep us smiling and on our toes.  They enjoy every minute they can be outside and look forward to the warmer weather.  We're not sure when and where will make our permanent living.... In Delta, Sutherland, the golf course..... just not sure.  Guess we'll see when that time comes.

Happy 30th Birthday 

CHASE!!!!

The girls and I tried to make the day super special for Chase.  We visited him at work, surprised him with all his favorite treats and more balloons. Got him his new favorite cologne. Decorated his door with the top 30 reason why we love our dad.  We love him so much and all that he does and hope that he'll always remember that!!! 

Started the morning off with Chase's favorite breakfast that consists of pancakes, eggs and bacon.  

Little did he know that we would be surprising him at work.  He wasn't too thrilled about his birthday hat but he smiled anyway.

The girls couldn't wait for daddy to get home to celebrate some more!!  

As soon as he got home we walked across the street and ate at the yummy Mexican restaurant with our families.  The little house on the top right is where we live. 

We then ended up back at our house for more cake and ice cream with both of our families
